Beaufort County Hosting Community Meeting to Discuss Rezoning Request for Bluffton's 3 Benton Lane

Pritchardville Elementary School, 9447 Evan Way, Bluffton

Beaufort County Planning Department is hosting a public meeting for the Pritchardville Community.

The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the community's vision for the May River Road (SC46) corridor as well as in response to a zoning amendment request for a property at 3 Benton Lane from T3 Edge to T2 Rural Center.

This meeting will be held at Pritchardville Elementary School in the multipurpose room. The side entrance will be available and signage will be posted.

The public is invited to share comments to discuss any concerns about potential impact to the neighborhood. Factors that might impact increased traffic flow, and disruption of pedestrian or bike traffic.
